If You’re Feeling Disconnected Lately…
If you’re feeling disconnected lately…

“Joy is amplified when it’s shared.”
Hi Friend,
Lately, I’ve been thinking about how good it feels to experience life together.
Not scrolling. Not texting. But truly being with one another — present, sharing a moment, a laugh, a memory.
This Dose of Good is a reminder that shared experiences — big or small — make life richer, and we all deserve more of them.
It can be big… like dancing with thousands at a concert, cheering at a game, or gathering for a performance — where for a moment, everyone is connected by the same shared experience.
Or it can be small… like a smile from a stranger on a morning walk that reminds you: you are seen.
During the holidays, togetherness can feel complicated. Some of us are surrounded by people. Some of us feel deeply alone. Most of us are somewhere in between — craving connection in ways that are simple, real, and nourishing.
Last week, I took a pottery class. I didn’t know anyone. We were just a group of humans, learning something new together. Clay on our hands, laughter in the room… and suddenly these strangers felt like companions. It was a tiny moment — but it mattered. It reminded me how good it feels to be part of something shared.
Here’s what I know:
We’re wired for connection — it’s part of our nature.
We are one human race, spread across different places and backgrounds, all sharing the same longing to belong. No matter where we live, our lives and choices ripple outward — we affect one another.
I’ve seen this truth everywhere — from global stages to quiet streets, from the electricity of a live audience to the gentle joy of neighbors saying hello. The setting changes, but the feeling is the same: we feel seen, united, and part of something bigger than ourselves.
Live entertainment brings people together in a way nothing else can.
Those shared moments — whether at a concert, a game, or a show — spark joy, unity, and memories that last.
That’s why I champion the memory-making business.
It’s not just about the event…
It’s about creating moments that inspire, uplift, and stay with people long after the lights go up.
And just as those large-scale experiences matter… the tiny ones matter too.
A child’s laughter outside.
A friend who has known every version of you, and continues to support your growth.
A stranger who shares a smile.
Connection transforms moments into memories — and reminds us we belong.
So if you’re feeling disconnected…
Step outside. Feel the air. Smile at one person.
Send a message to someone who has impacted your life.
Make space for one shared experience — big or small.
Tiny acts of connection create ripples — and every ripple matters.
You matter.
The way you show up matters.
And the world is better because you’re in it.
With love,
Krystal 🤍
