Entering a new season — and a new year — feeling deeply grateful.

What we let go of makes space for what wants to grow.”

Hi Friend,

Entering this next trip around the sun with gratitude.

My heart is full. This is such a busy time of year — and yet, so many of you went out of your way to make sure I felt loved, valued, cared for, and truly seen. Thank you.

I feel it all. I see your messages. And I’m carrying that love with me as I look ahead.

It’s an impactful time of year for us all.

As we move through the Winter Solstice — the longest night of the year — we are reminded that light is returning. Slowly, steadily, day by day. The solstice invites us to find wisdom offered in the darkness… to pause, reflect, and release what no longer serves us — old habits, fears, or energies — and to gently plant seeds of intention for the year ahead.

For millennia, cultures around the world have honored this day as sacred. A celebration of balance between light and dark. A symbol of renewal, hope, and the enduring promise that brighter days are coming.

Across continents and traditions, people have gathered, reflected, and welcomed the sun’s return together.

Spiritually, the solstice asks us to turn inward. To honor stillness. To trust life’s cycles. To remember that even in our quietest or most uncertain moments, growth is happening beneath the surface.

The returning light reminds us that just as the sun grows stronger each day, so too can we cultivate our inner light — clarity, strength, and compassion — as we move forward.

As I step into this new year of life, I wish for myself what I wish for each of you:

To feel loved.
To feel seen.
To feel accepted.

To live a life you are proud of — one built on purpose, full of meaning, of depth, of health, of abundance, and awe.

And to know that you are worthy of your biggest dreams.

As we move through the Winter Solstice and the light slowly returns, what are you ready to release — and what do you want to gently invite in?

I invite you to take a moment to reflect on this and call in allll the good things for the coming year! :)

Thank you for the birthday/holiday celebrations, the surprise gatherings, the nature adventures, and the Niki Nana surprise call from around the world.

Thank you for being part of this year — and part of my life.

I love and appreciate you!

Happy Winter Solstice 🤍

With love,
Krystal ♥️
